We stayed during a gorgeous time in Tempe, mid-Fall. The temperature was perfect for the amenities (hot tub and back yard). Cool at night, comfortable during the day. The house was very clean and spacious for the 5 of us. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living space gave a very roomy feel. The 2 large rooms with king beds are great for couples while the single room with 2 large bunk beds would be good for the kids. Although a few adults would also find it comfortable as well. It had an adequately equipped kitchen that allowed guests to cook in, but there are a lot of great places to eat in the area too.
The owner was very responsive to comments and concerns, and responded within minutes.
We look forward to being able to stay here again when we return.
