The property is not positioned as a luxury or resort-style rental. Instead, it offers flexible sleeping arrangements, a large gathering area, games, a private fenced yard and parking options that work especially well for families, sports groups, university visitors, medical travelers and work crews. Sleeping arrangements Primary bedroom King bed, Smart TV and adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 Queen bed and Smart TV. Bedroom 3 Full bed and Smart TV. Bedroom 4 Full-over-full bunk bed, separate full bed and Smart TV. The second full bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination. Two separate rentals on the property Unit A is the main house. A detached casita with its own private yard may be occupied separately. The casita is identified as Unit B and is not connected to the main house. Each unit has its own entrance, private outdoor space and designated parking. There are no shared indoor living spaces. Guests may occasionally see Unit B occupants arriving, departing or accessing their designated parking and yard. This is a practical, centrally located neighborhood rather than a quiet, isolated or resort-style setting. The property itself is fenced and provides private indoor and outdoor spaces for Unit A guests. Separate detached casita A detached studio casita, identified as Unit B, is separately rented and may be occupied during your stay. The units are not adjoining and have separate entrances, private yards and designated parking. Guests may occasionally see Unit B occupants near the property entrance or parking areas. RV and trailer parking The gated parking entrance is approximately 11 feet wide. The covered parking pad is approximately 30 feet deep and 17 feet wide. The area may accommodate certain RVs, work trucks and trailers, but advance approval is required. Guests must provide the full dimensions of the vehicle and trailer before booking. Vehicle height, turning radius, trailer tongue length and total vehicle configuration must also be considered. There is no guest-accessible garage.
